# Login problems

> Troubleshoot common problems signing in to the Palletlog dashboard.

Use this article when you cannot sign in to [dashboard.palletlog.com](https://dashboard.palletlog.com).

## Quick checks

1. Confirm you are opening `https://dashboard.palletlog.com`.
2. Try a private or incognito browser window.
3. Disable password managers or browser extensions temporarily if they autofill the wrong account.
4. Check whether your organization requires a specific email domain or SSO path.

## Reset or recover access
