# Create a workspace

> Start a new Palletlog workspace for your organization.

A **Workspace** is your organization's home in Palletlog for asset types, partners, movements, and balances.

  Interface labels, screenshots, and step-by-step UI guidance in this article are pending verification against the live Palletlog application. Conceptual guidance below uses approved Palletlog terminology. Detailed UI steps will be added when product sources are confirmed.

You can sign in to a workspace scoped to your organization and continue setup.

    Follow the signup or create-workspace flow if you do not already belong to a workspace.

    Finish email or authentication steps required for your account.
